OPC Data did not reflect to tulip

Hi, I have successfully created OPC Connection. Data from my local OPC Server is goes to connector. I was able to check the status of connect - shows Green.
But I am not able to see the data - shows “Waiting to receive machine readings” also the “Last Output” column in Machine Library show as “Never”.

What could be the problem? Please help me.

can you confirm the machine is outputting the tags that you’ve mapped?? furthermore, can you share a screenshot of the configuration of your Machine?? for example:

could you email support@tulip.co linking this post and with the URL of the Machine?? they’ll be able to help you get the outputs registering in Tulip.
