Release 220 - January 2022

These are the product updates in release 220 of the Tulip platform.

Release 220 will be live to all production customers the week of 1/3/2022.

Improvements and Bug Fixes:

  • Keyboards are now supported for popup modals (escape key to exit, enter key submits)
  • The design of toggle sliders has been updated
  • Popup modals have had design improvements
  • Created, updated, renamed, and deleted activity for Machines and Machine Types will appear in the Activity Log
  • Machine analytics can be imported and exported with apps
  • Transition runtime is enabled by default for new apps (will not affect existing apps)
  • Fixed Firefox’s “find in page” popup when typing / or ‘ in the Expression Editor
  • Master-layout elements will not show over form steps when printing
  • Expression editor will not conflict with app editor cut and paste actions
  • Triggers will not clear machine activity fields
  • Context pane widget increment and decrement buttons have been added to the border radius in the App Editor
  • The default color for variables with no color selected has been updated to be transparent gray
  • An optional label field has been added to the SAML page
  • Updated optional labels on the user profile page
  • The Create Station and Station Group popup modal has been updated
  • Machine Data Source save button for OPC UA connectors has been fixed
  • OPC UA connectors will not add a gray image if no image is set by the user
  • Tooltip examples for the MID and FIND functions in the Expression Editor have been fixed
  • The Variable Date Picker in the App Editor will not be cut off by other UI elements
  • Long words in the App Editor will not be cut off by other UI elements

Hi Patxi,
This change affected a small number of legacy users, updating their accounts to be in line with the current UI of the platform. Users affected by this were notified of the change.
