sorry, but this will not work at our r288. I only can past a step into the same app but not into an other app.

I have created a ticket for support to look into this - I did some testing against a test app on 288 and was able to copy paste, so this must be tied to an error unique to your app/step.

it’s very strange: sometimes a can’t past, sometime I can.
When I wrote my post I could reproduce it with several apps.
Now I can’t.
I will observe this

I found out, it only works reliable, if you navigate in the same (browser)tab from where you copied the step, directly to the other app.
No Reloading of the page, no other tab, no other pages in between… only copy → search app → select app → paste
