Hi, I am using a gateway at one of my stations, and this trigger mysteriously stopped working. Can you help me fix this?
Happy to help. Two things you should try.
1- Ensure your gateway is online using the “Gateways” option under the “Shop Floor” tab.
2- Ensure that your Display running the Tulip Player is located at the same station as the Gateway on the Shop Floor tab.
