I have noticed that, whenever a custom field from the tulip user table is used in an app and the app is then imported in a new environment, that custom field is also imported and added to the user table of the new environment.
This, however, does not happen with a User group.
It would be nice to have this functionality extended also to the user groups, so they would behave like a table, which gets created (empty) after the import if it didn’t exist before and the new environment.
