Add a function to send the same E-mail to multiple users

Hello everyone,

Imagine you need to send the same email to 10 users by pressing a button with a trigger assigned to it. Usually you have to create 10 actions within the same trigger, one for each user:

It would be great if there was an option to send the same message to multiple users, using a user variable in list mode… here is an example of what it could look like:

You can do something similar today but not with the variable in list mode instead with separate user variables.

Hi Jhondy, we fully agreed. We plan to release a formal “User Groups” feature later this year to solve this problem.

Will it be possible for Users to be in multiple User Groups or, alternatively, will dynamic User arrays be an option?

Hi John- yes, users will be able to be part of multiple groups.
