Maintenance Event - August 2024

As part of Tulip’s new policy for maintenance events , we plan to post announcements in advance to Community.

What work is being performed?

Continuing work from July 2024 maintenance, Tulip must perform a third-party database version upgrade. This window may not be necessary pending the work in July.

Who is impacted?

The database version upgrade will impact customers hosted in the United States with the Garden identifier prefix us-14*.

What is the impact of the work?

This maintenance is defined as high-level impact with an expected loss of service exceeding 10 minutes within the window.

When is the maintenance happening?

24-Aug-2024 10:00 PM EST → 25-Aug-2024 02:00 AM EST
