Regarding each of the planned maintenance activities:

  • Database Upgrades: We are upgrading a database from a prior version a more recent version, no data transformations will take place. We expect the disruption to stay within the window specified.
  • Kubernetes Update: Our Kubernetes infrastructure for some gardens requires upgrading nodes in the cluster to use a more secure and modern internal authentication that will result in a short window of downtime.
  • CSV Import - Transition to self-hosting: Tulip decided to self-host flatfile software (used for Tulip’s CSV import feature) to our cloud infrastructure. There will be no change in feature behavior.

Please refer to our Maintenance Event Schedule for further information regarding the date and times for regional maintenance windows.

If you have any questions, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or our Support Team.

Please could you write the “When” section in local time zones or UTC?

I see apac written in EDT in this post, but that is confusing to me.
I prefer it to be written in SGT (as in Maintenance Event - December 2024) or UTC (if you want to write all the “When” in the same timezone).

@jordan.munson
I guess the “When” section is wrong. I think the “02:00 AM” should be changed to “01:00 PM

I have only checked the apac garden ones.
Please check others.

Hi Aoki-san,

Thanks for the feedback around time zones and sharp eyes–I’ll get these updated to more appropriate timezones for the regions while I fix up the typo made that you’ve highlighted.

Best,
Jordan

Hey Aoki-san,

Just to close the loop I’ve published the mentioned changes to the post to ensure the maintenance windows are both correct and using an appropriate timezone for the noted region.

Thanks,
Jordan
