OPC UA Not Connecting

Able to connect the OPC UA Server with Prosys UA Client(In Local Machine), but was not able to connect in the Tulip and facing following error :

Connected in Prosys

Any solution ?


How is your firewall setup? You will need rules to allow the cloud connector to connect

Thanks for the quick response, Disabled the Firewall where KepSerEX is running !!

Disabled the Firewalls and enabled the both localhost and VM Server Endpoint in the OPC UA Configuration. This helped to fix the issue connecting to the Tulip !!

@gio you can close the ticket now !!


I would’nt typically recommend disabling the firewall, you should allow the ports that are needed :slight_smile:
