Hey Tulip Team,
We have issues using the optical barcode scanner widget on iOS devices that run the Tulip Player through the URL link.
We’ve tried on Safari and Chrome.
Is this a known issue and if so, is there any workaround?

Hey Eric, thanks for reporting this. This is related to a known bug with our current “beta” release for the Player on Safari on iOS. We are currently investigating and working on a fix.
Hello Kevin, has this been resolved? I just tried scanning via Safari in iOS and it won’t recognize the QR code, but the same app works on Windows while using a webcam.

Can you share a screenshot of the trigger you are using? This bug was fixed but may have reappeared.
