These are the product updates in release 218 of the Tulip platform.
Release 218 will be live to all production customers on 11/22/2021.
Improvements and Bug Fixes:
- The amount of warning messages in Vision has been reduced
- Regions in Vision can be filtered by name in the camera preview
- Create Jig button in the Vision detector page will disable when a user without correct permissions is visiting the page, and added a message when disabled
- Loading performance in Analytics and App Editor has been improved
- Trigger editor performance has been improved
- Users page performance has been improved
- Error messages in Confirm Display Change and Reassign Gateway modals have been improved
- The look of modals and subheaders have been updated across the platform
- Buttons in the App Editor can have their contents aligned left, right, and center
- In Table widgets, users can now create a new linked record placeholder in the drop-down menu
- Archived column usage is consistent across Table Queries, Aggregations, and Table widgets
- Mouse-hovering in the Tables while scrolling functions properly
- Apps using the Tables API import correctly
- Workspace Owners and Application Builders roles behave as expected
- Users with the Workspaces Owner role are able to edit apps
- Variables used in expressions are always listed under “Where Used” in the variables modal
- Users can not create blank dashboard names, or change dashboard names to be blank
- Relative time filters in Analytics will not return incorrect results
- Printing specific steps or step groups from an iPad will function as expected
- Deleted Variable can not be saved in the Trigger Editor if a trigger is updated too quickly
- When Tulip Player on DMG MORI CELOS machines is minimized, triggers will continue to process
Record placeholders that shouldn’t be saved for analysis won’t appear in the completion data section in Developer Mode
