Currently, I have made a dashboard that displays analytics of the gathered data in the database. With this data, and the dashboard, is their Tulip capability to export the data (Table entries) that has been filtered in the database or can I expect to see something similar to that in the future?

you can currently download the Analysis as a PNG image (any Analysis, including Tables):
if you would like to download the CSV of the data, you can do that directly from the Tables interface (although it cannot be filtered):
