In form navigation, the logic is to use tab key to navigate across the input fields.
It seems that sequence of input fields is defined by the created date of inputs.
Is there a logic to re-define the sequence and controls on which field focus is set when I press the tab key?

great point. And you are not the firs one coming up with this.
You can cut and paste all widgets in the right order after finishing your step. I know this is an unpleasing workaround.
