I have a problem with the filter of an analytic graphic. The graphic displays the number of items produced in function of the delivery date of its related project. When the graphic has no filters within the app, everything works fine.
When I put a filter to show only the data for projects whose delivery date is after a specified date, it doesn’t show data from projects whose delivery date is set in the future, even though they are within the filter boundary.
It doesn’t appear you have anything wrong in your set up here. We have created a bug ticket for this and it may potentially be related to the issue @ellahiggins was seeing here Limit/Sorting Issue within Analytic
Hi @marie.houle as @Beth mentioned, we logged this bug in our system. I wanted to confirm with you one thing — are the excluded values after the filter is applied in fact an error? So in your example, is the delivery date 4/27 data truly “greater than or equal to” the variable “Accueil - Date Range Analysis”?
If this is an issue with future dates, could you provide another example for us to verify this is the root cause? Thanks so much!
Yes, in the example above, the delivery date 4/27 is greater than the variable, which was set to 2025-02-02.
What make me think this is an issue with future dates is that if I set the delivery date to yesterday, we can see it on the graphic (with filtering dates >= 2025-02-03).
